These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.heavenlysweetreborns.com and purchases from Heavenly Sweet Reborns.

The website and store are operated by HEAVENLY SWEET REBORNS L.L.C. (“Heavenly Sweet Reborns,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By visiting the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or purchase from us.

1. Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be at least the age of legal majority in your state of residence to make a purchase, or make the purchase with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, and all authorized activity under your account.

2. Products and product information

We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors and details may appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and natural product variations.

Reborn dolls may include hand-finished or artisan-style details, so minor differences in coloring, hair, clothing, accessories, measurements, or appearance may occur unless a feature is expressly guaranteed on the product page.

Product availability, features, accessories, and packaging may change. Please read the complete product description, care instructions, materials, measurements, and age or safety information before ordering.

3. Safety and intended use

Some reborn dolls are collectible items rather than children’s toys. Products may contain small parts, magnets, weighted materials, or accessories and may not be suitable for young children. Adult supervision may be required.

Follow the product-specific warnings and care instructions. Unless a product description expressly says otherwise, do not immerse the doll, insert liquid or food, expose it to extreme heat, or treat it as a medical or therapeutic device.

4. Orders and acceptance

Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. An order-confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.

We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, address restrictions, or legal requirements.

If we cancel after payment has been collected, we will issue the appropriate refund to the original payment method.

5. Prices, taxes, and errors

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and discounts are calculated at checkout.

We may change prices or promotions prospectively at any time.

If a material pricing or product-information error affects an order, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the affected item and issue a refund. We do not knowingly honor typographical or technical errors that a reasonable customer would recognize as incorrect.

6. Payment

You authorize the payment provider selected at checkout to charge the total displayed amount.

Payment methods are subject to authorization, fraud screening, and the provider’s terms. We may request reasonable verification before accepting or shipping an order. Current accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

7. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy are incorporated into these Terms.

We currently ship only to eligible U.S. addresses. Handling normally takes one to two business days, and estimated carrier transit is five to seven business days.

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are processed by us within five business days, although financial institutions may require additional posting time.

8. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, videos, and compilations, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the website only for personal, noncommercial shopping purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, distributed, sold, scraped, or commercially exploited without written permission, except as permitted by law.

9. Reviews and submitted content

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights.

You grant us a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt, and use that content in connection with the store and its promotion, subject to our Privacy Policy.

We may moderate or remove submitted content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, irrelevant, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

We will not condition a reward on a positive review without making any legally required disclosure.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use the website to:

• Violate law or another person’s rights.
• Submit false or fraudulent information.
• Transmit malware.
• Interfere with website security or operation.
• Harvest personal information.
• Conduct unauthorized scraping.
• Impersonate another person.
• Attempt unauthorized access.

The store may use or link to third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, carriers, social-media services, and applications.

Third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control, except to the extent responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

By using the store, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other providers needed to operate the store, process payments, prevent fraud, and fulfill orders.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Products are covered only by warranties expressly stated on the product page or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or a product.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for that product.

These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including liability that cannot be limited for fraud, willful misconduct, or certain personal injuries. Some states do not allow particular exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

15. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HEAVENLY SWEET REBORNS L.L.C. and its personnel from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the website, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit.

This section does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

16. Severability and waiver

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.

17. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website for conduct that violates these Terms, threatens security, harms other users, or creates legal risk.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law applies.

Subject to any consumer rights that require otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state courts located in Hernando County, Florida, or the federal courts having jurisdiction over Hernando County, Florida.

Before filing a claim, you and we agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the issue through customer support.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms prospectively. The revised version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date.

Continued use after an update means that you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. The Terms in effect when an order was placed will generally govern that transaction.
