Follow your order’s journey

After your order ships, we will send a shipping-confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking information when available.

Select the tracking link in your email to view the latest delivery updates.

Order timeline

  • Handling time: One to two business days.
  • Estimated transit time: Five to seven business days.
  • Estimated total delivery time: Six to nine business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude U.S. federal holidays. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after shipment to display its first movement.

Can’t find your tracking email?

Please check:

  • Your inbox, spam, promotions, and junk folders.
  • The email address used during checkout.
  • Whether the order is still within the one-to-two-business-day handling period.

If you still need help, email support@heavenlysweetreborns.com with your full name, order number, and checkout email address.

Package marked delivered but not received

Check the delivery area, mailbox, household members, neighbors, building staff, and any carrier delivery notice.

If the package is still missing, contact the carrier and then email us promptly so we can help review the tracking information.

U.S. Shipping

Orders ship to eligible U.S. addresses with 1–2 business-day handling.
